You fill out your patient's order details and submit. We update you directly regarding your order status.

We make every earmold in house. Delivery time depends on shipping from Albuquerque to your practice. We ship the moment your order is ready and send you a confirmation when it leaves our hands.

If the mistake is ours, the remake is on us. We tell you what happened and we fix it.

If it is an impression quality issue, we work through it with you, that is why we send impression guidelines. Either way, you are talking to someone who can actually solve it.
